Right of Return

Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving their item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn and unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at info.ledtherapy@gmail.com before sending any item back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

3. Damages & Defective Items

Customers must inspect their order upon receipt. Any defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported to us immediately upon reception at info.ledtherapy@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original item following the process above, and once accepted, place a new separate order for the desired item.

6. European Union Consumer Rights — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without providing justification.

The item must be returned in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging — along with proof of purchase.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing takes up to 10 business days
  • Additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or card provider

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at info.ledtherapy@gmail.com.

This Legal Notice is governed by applicable EU consumer protection regulations and Estonian commercial law.
